What better way to celebrate Mothers Day then with my two beautiful children and my own mother. It was the best of both worlds!
And to celebrate Mothers Day I thought I'd share a little about what I've learned in the last 3.5 years of motherhood.
- Getting four 2 hour naps does not equal a solid eight hours of sleep.
- "I love you Mommy" makes any day a good day
- Tantrums can start over anything. Even cookies.
- Dandelions are not weeds. They are beautiful yellow flowers.
- Never run out of bananas.
- Nose picking is an art form.
- Children will listen to your every word and only repeat the embarrassing ones in public.
- Slobbery toddler kisses can make you melt.
- Motherhood is the hardest job in the world but sooooo worth the effort!
